FRAC Services Lead

Description:

Provide field work and on-site supervision of equipment and personnel in a safe & conscientious manner providing value and customer satisfaction to internal and external customers.

Duties:

Leads the site crew to ensure that work is performed safely and according to consultant and client specifications; operates each job safely and in the most efficient manner possible.

Oversees the safety of the crew to ensure that workers are wearing proper safety equipment and utilizing safe work practices.

Keeps supervisor and client informed of job progress; answers client on-site questions and maintains good client relations.

Completes daily paperwork to track labor, equipment, supplies and materials used for billing purposes and other associated paperwork; keeps supervisor & project manager apprised of changes in usage from contract.

Fills in for any crew position as needed.

Ability to complete all required paperwork for the tasks and jobs required (including JSA's Permits, etc.).

Supervises emergency response crews when needed.

May have input in hiring, performance evaluation, disciplining, promotion & termination decisions.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Must have at least 1.5 years of consistent and related field experience in the oil and gas industry.

Must have good knowledge and understanding of various federal, state and local oil and gas industry related regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts both in verbal and written form. Ability to understand compliance standards & OSHA safety regulations.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT physical, background check and drug screen. Must meet all Heritage Driving Qualifications, and must be at least 21 years of age as per our company vehicle policy and insurance regulations. Must live within one hour's drive time to worksite for consideration. Must be able to lift upwards of 70-75 pounds.
