Duties:

Conduct the selection process and sourcing of qualified candidates for all open positons at the non-exempt and exempt levels. Assist hiring managers in locating, screening, and hiring candidates. Develop strategies for recruiting candidates as well as process improvements for successful workforce planning.

Must execute full life-cycle recruitment process, independently exercising professional expertise and judgment in planning targeted recruitment efforts.

Develop and analyze job specifications, compose job descriptions and posting.

Works closely with hiring managers to understand the recruiting needs of all groups; anticipates hiring needs and proactively identifies recruiting solutions to meet those needs; develops long-term staffing strategies that drive long-term advantage.

Create exciting job postings geared toward attracting candidates who want to be a part of an amazing team, enjoy fast-paced challenging positions and want to be appreciated for their contributions that are in compliance with position needs and regulatory requirements. 

Assist in recruiting efforts through social networking.

Understand business and market conditions and ensure candidate pipelines stay at appropriate levels to accommodate anticipated demand in line with corporate growth and business initiatives.

Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitor job offers and compensation practices. Recommend ideas and process improvements related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.

 

Qualifications:

Must possess a BA/BS degree; Human Resources, Organizational Development or Business preferred.

3-5 years of progressing experience recruiting, preferably in a multi-state position.

Skills/Qualifications: Excellent Phone & Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Support Diversity, Employment Law, Results Driven, Professional, Organized, & Good Judgment.

Must be willing to travel.
