| Description: | Provides on-site supervision of equipment and personnel in a safe and conscientious manner, while providing value and customer satisfication to internal and external customers. |
| Duties: | Supervises the crew site to ensure that work is performed according to customer specifications; operates each job in the most effecient manner. Oversees the safety of the crew. MUST ensure all workers are wearing proper PPE and utilizing safe work practices. Must keep customer informed of job progress; answer customer questions and maintain good client relationships. Responsible for daily paperwork to track: labor, equipment, supplies, materials, billing, and performance. Must keep Project Manager apprised of any changes. This position will also fill in for any crew position that is vacant. Supervises emergency response crews, as needed. May participate in hiring, disciplining, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations decisions. Performs other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications: | High School Diploma or its equivalent 3 years of HAZARDOUS waste field experience Must meet DOT requirements. Knowledge and understanding of various, federal, state, and local industry-related regulations. Must have excellent communication skills. |
